Over 90% of all memory orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Memorycity does pride itself as being a supplier of many hard to find memory products. Sometimes these product orders are more difficult to fill and may be subject to delays. In some cases these products must be imported from Tiape or other locations or may be subject to build dates while a manufacturer accumulates enough orders to justify a manufacturing run. We will make a effort to notify our customer of any delays beyond 48 hours from the order.

At certain times, Memorycity may run promotions where we include free shipping with each order. This will only apply to orders within the United States and U.S. Possessions. Free shipping will be by United States Postal Service. Any other shipping method will be billed at the standard rates above.

All memory products sold by Memorycity is covered by a lifetime replacement warranty from the factory. If failure should occur you should contact us first, and not the factory.

All memory products carry a 15 day return policy. This 15 days starts the day product is shipped. If memory is returned within the 15 day time frame, and an exchange is not wanted by the customer, a credit will be issued for the full amount of the product, less any shipping charges. Product return must be received by Memorycity within the 15 day timeframe. SHIPPING IS NOT COVERED AND IS NOT REIMBURSED.

Any products bought through the Memorycity Mall are covered by the individual merchant and the warranty that accompanies each product. You are encouraged to check the return policy for each store you wish or order from. In the event their is a dispute, Memorycity would like to know of any problems with any store listed in the Memorycity Mall. We are, however, not to be held responsible for any acts or breaches of service from any store listed. We will attempt to act as an arbitrator if needed in a dispute between Memorycity Mall customers and any of the stores listed herein.
