1. You provide a valid major credit card and agree to purchase 12 consecutive months of programming selected from any package on this website and receive FREE standard Professional Installation in up to four rooms.*
2. You pay a $49.99 Activation Fee, which includes FREE INSTALLATION from DISH Network. There is no equipment to buy. You can receive up to two FREE HDTV receivers when you select HD programming. You can also select FREE Digital Video Recorders in as many of the four rooms as you desire.
   
3. You get a $49 credit on your first DISH Network bill to reimburse you for the activation fee. This means you pay nothing for your new DISH Network system and installation!
   
4. You'll receive your DISH Network equipment, the appropriate Plan programming package and a LIFETIME WARRANTY from DISH Network.
   
5. Following installation, you activate programming and pay monthly payments for the 12 months of your Plan to avoid a Cancellation Fee. (Remember, there is even a $49 credit on your first bill!)
